This popcorn by Lake Brantley High School was painted.  We only had about 300 sq/ft to take down and it wasnt to bad.  The homeowner request a flat type of texture to where the ceilings still looked slick just with something on it, to hide most of the stuff due to a limited budget.  He didn’t want knockdown, so I gave him a nice Orange Peel throughout, and he was satisfied over all that it hid most stuff.
