Removal By Ucf

I was awarded a small project over by UCF.  Its only 121 sq/ft.  The homeowner called a few people.  One of competitor told him a minimum of $350 just to come out and do it.  Because i can do this stuff by myself it is no problem for me to cut the guy a break on one room so i will only be charging him $250 which is a fair price for about 2 hours of work.  He was happy and so was I.  This project will be done on May 7th.  I will get pictures and a possible video of it.

Removal by the beach

I did a removal for a friend.  It went fairly well.  The plastic we used was a different brand and it didnt work out very well because it would not roll properly off the machines so it left marks on the wall of mud and it didn’t look professional so we are switching back to our regular brand of 3m.  Aside from the fact that my friend thought we were going to make everything white on the ceilings so he wouldn’t have to paint.  The job was a success!

Awarded Popcorn Removal Job

We have been awarded a bathroom remodel in which there is popcorn on the ceiling and in the skylight.  It sounds fairly simple although i have not scene the project.  We plan to do this on Sunday because that is the only time the homeowner is available.  We are flexible on schedules.  It will go knockdown ceilings and orange peel on the walls.  We will keep you posted on how it goes!

The popcorn removal process

Here we show you what the removal process is like. Some of the popcorn in this particular home was painted and some was not. The video shows one of the painted rooms which came off fairly easy, other rooms were not as easy and painted with a semi gloss paint.
